How long does it take to process my order?
All orders in by 4:00 P.M. (Eastern Time) will be shipped out the same day.
All orders in after business hours, weekends or holidays will be shipped the
following business day.
Please note that delivery time is subject to the ability of our couriers
(UPS, FedEx, and USPS) to fulfill their delivery schedule. RMS
COMMUNICATIONS INC. is not liable for packages that weren't delivered on
time because of mishaps by our couriers.
What are your Shipping & Handling charges?
RMS COMMUNICATIONS INC. offers shipping via UPS and FEDEX. All shipping
charges are incurred by the purchaser.
Do you guarantee all your merchandise?
Factory Reconditioned Items: All factory-serviced phones are guaranteed to
work on arrival. In the event that your item arrives defective or becomes
defective, you have 1 year from the date of purchase to exchange the item
for a replacement on the same model only.
Do your phones come with a warranty?
All factory reconditioned products come with a 1-year warranty.
What is your return policy?
Factory Reconditioned Items: Phones must be returned within 90 days and will
receive a 15% restocking fee. Please call customer service first for an RA#.

When is my credit card charged?
Once an order is placed and is completed, it is processed, run through an
address verification, and then charged. This process allows us to
immediately spot unauthorized fraudulent charges. All orders that have been
cancelled after being charged are subject to cancellation fee.
